I have been jumping around from one hosting company to another for years. With every hosting service I’ve been with, whenever it gets close to time to renew, I am forced to look for better deals. That being said, since discovering justhost, I have been more than happy with their entire company experience from up time & performance to their excellent customer service, and although I did not want to move my site to another hosting company, I could not afford their regular prices for hosting my account. So reluctantly I once again started hunting the internet for webhosting packages and pricing, but after literally weeks of shopping around I couldn't find anything out there that offers the same level of features or service that I had become accustomed to with Justhost and became very annoyed and decided to pull up the handy "chat window" to let someone know about it and demand a "loyal customer incentive" or I would just take my business elsewhere. The representative who responded to my tantrum (whose name read "Peter") very kindly but honestly explained to me that although getting new customers is a huge priority, running any kind of successful webhosting company would be impossible if they kept "introductory prices" at renewal the same…. and that it was understandable if I chose to leave for a better deal somewhere else, but whatever new company I signed up with would also have to raise the prices after my introductory period was over. I own a tree service and find it very rude and presumptuous when customers ask me to bring my price down for whatever reason as I believe a good service offered should be paid a good service price - OMG what a hypocrite!! Despite that I had just eaten some serious crow, the fact remained that I still could not afford an almost $400 hit and then (Peter) offered me a discount and although it wasn’t anywhere close to the introductory offer it was enough that I could stay with Justhost to service my web hosting needs for another 3 years. I have been all over the internet looking for the perfect webhosting company and read tons and tons of reviews. I am not an expert but as far as I'm concerned justhost.com should be at the top of all of them, they really are the complete package. I will be staying with justhost for a long, long time.
