Online support staff are courteous and quick. My complaint is with aspects of the platform and the repeated stone-walling about two complaints: Go Daddy analytics are absolutely worthless, and spam feature doesn't work.

We've been with them over 10 yrs and have never had an unresolvable problem. Knowledgeable techs. Control panel seems complicated at first, but it makes managing your sites esy once you get used t it. You can escalate a problem instantly if you're not satisfied with your tech. They seem to care about their customers.
Always up, never an issue, fast and reliable. Excellent support when you need it, even in the middle of the night. They have the ranking wrong here, all of the hosting at Go Daddy is unlimited bandwidth not 300GB. Where are they getting their info, I've had unlimited bandwidth on their economy hosting for over a year now.
I've used GoDaddy since 2004 and have had excellent service and reliability. Customer service has been excellent when I've needed them. Will recommend always.

Been with GoDaddy since December from another hosting service. Maybe because I've only dealt with a couple of hosting services before but GoDaddy has got them all beat. 24 her -7 Days a week support. I might have to sit on hold a couple minutes (2-5 minutes) waiting for help but when they answer the phone the problem or question is answered.
We've been with Godaddy for about 2 years. We use their hosting service and SQL Server. Development is done locally using Dreamweaver and DotNet depending on the complexity of the pages and we ftp the code to the site. SQL Server is also done locally and uploaded using Mgmt Studio. The hosting and SQL has been very reliable and very inexpensive. Tech supt was generally satisfactory and the quality of supt may depend on who you get (some are more knowledgeable than others).... and the wait can be long if you call during busy hrs (up to abt 10 min). Overall we would recommend Godaddy for reliability and service.
